- A live, screen-by-screen session with the sponsor's study team covering every form in the build
- Side-by-side comparison of built screens against the agreed eCRF/aCRF specification
- A documented log of any sponsor-requested changes, each tied back to its screen and field
- Any identified changes routed through build and a final round of UAT before go-live, rather than deferred
- Written sponsor sign-off confirming the build is ready for database go-live
Changes closed out, not carried forward
Any updates identified during OLSR are built and re-tested before database go-live, not left as a post-launch fix.
